First of all this this location is only about a year old and not long after it opened there was an issue with the air not being maintained at the truck side diesel pumps. I would sometimes fine one out of the 3 or 4 that I could use and today there are none available. It makes no sense to offer a service and then not maintain it. It can't be that hard to make sure there are working air chucks. This location is a big disappointment because any other Thorntons location is in working order and maintained. The management at this location has dropped the ball and it is sad that such a new facility is in such condition. Please do something about this as this is the nearest one near my location so I would like to enjoy it as I do all the others. Thank you.
