White Castle

The restaurant was really busy long line in the drive through and long line inside the place and customer were getting upset at the long wait, the staff was clearing the drive through quicker than the people waiting inside the store, only White Castle in the area, I’m upset you closed down the White Castle in DeKalb, please put another White Castle near this location to help with congestion. Waited and waited it seem that the staff was working hard and quickly but seems they had no direction essentially, seem they were just not going in order of orders coming in and explaining there will be a small wait just taking the money and ringing up orders. The orders should be made as they come in in the order they came in. There were people who were complaining they waited over an hour for their food. Store#010094
