Firestone Complete Auto Care

I depend on Firestone to keep my car running smoothly. However I have been let down in a sense. I had brake done in December of 2019 front and back. I drove my car from December to mid March to work. After the pandemic I started working from home. The 4th of July weekend I took a road trip from IL to Mississippi and when I arrived by brakes went out, I found a Firestone in Southaven MS (near Airways) who graciously fixed the problem at no charge for most of the work, but I had to pay $194 for calipers and labor. It's inconceivable that I only drove my car for 2 and 1/2 months and the brakes went out and the caliper. Of course I paid it because I needed to get back home.
