Republic Tobacco / Republic Group

I have been purchasing gambler and high card tabacco for years now. Recently the last 4 bags I have bought have been extremely dry! Also had multiple long stems the size of my finger! I told the retailer and they told me I have to contact the company who makes it. I can't seem to find their website so here I am complaining here. Please resolve this issue for me.

I purchased 4 boxes of these from a local retailer on 12.20.2020. Within each of the 4 boxes, approximately one 4th of the tubes had the filters pushing out of the end of the paper rendering them unusable. I have used these in the past and did not have an issue. Am now considering an alternative brand.

There is only one number on the box that appears to have been stamped on the 13T732X51049 appears on the lower corner of the back of the box.

I would appreciate replacement of one box. Thank you. Purchase price paid was $4.25 per box.

I have been smoking Drum tobacco (both the regular and the mellow) since 1974. I have been satisfied for years with the product. However, in the last 4 to 6 months, the tobacco has contained a LARGE number of things that I can only describe as "small sticks" that pierce the rolling paper! What has happened to your quality control? This problem was occasionally present in the years I have smoked your tobacco; now it is present in each and every tin or package that I purchase! To say that it is annoying is a vast understatement. What are you going to do to correct this problem?
