I went in with Husband with a pre-approved check for financing (I a not co-signer or reference). During the process without me (wife) signing on anything, my credit was pulled for 5 hard inquires. It ha been 3 weeks and the Manager Jim Ursa (excuse spelling) is avoiding all my calls and messages. Only referring information through sales associate. I am only asking for a letter to dispute the error in puling my report. I have disputed at credit bureau, without evidence, I am unable to remove it. The banks as well told me to talk to dealership for letter and it will be corrected. I am constantly being told they will not write a letter to correct their mistake, even after I provided proof from credit bureau. I have letters from banks as well.
