Founders Insurance

I was at work sitting at my desk when my car was hit in the parking lot
when the insurer hit my car she's with Founders.
Well Founders told me that they will not pay for me to get a car rental or towing I received this information from Capri who's in the claims dept. and Robin Schiebler who's the supervisor of claims at least that's what they told me. Well I still haven't heard from any one I can't drive my car I either have to take a bus or asked for a ride.
I reach out to the State of Illinois Dept of Insurance haven't heard anything yet. I need help
