Hometown America - Poor management

On 5 Aug 2020, I sent the following email to the Hometown America Lakes of Melbourne front office:

Kim,
It seems like I have to do this every few weeks. Could you get the maintenance crew to mow the back 40, especially behind the houses? It is up to my knees in some parts, and the grass close to the houses is deep and thick. We and our neighbors have seen a number of snakes in the area right behind the houses. There is a rumor a woman was bitten by a cottonmouth, not sure if it is true. We are not the only people to use the area. Quite a few people walk their dogs and walk the length of the field for exercise (easier on the feet than the street). I noticed the area by the "sports complex" has been mowed, even though I see very few people using it. Shouldn't the whole field be on a schedule to mow? We see this as a safety issue. I would appreciate a response.

Glenn Simms

I received the following response:

Hello Mr. Simms,

The field behind your home is on a schedule to be cut, but it is not on the same schedule as the Sports Complex. The information circulating about the snake bite is not accurate. This area is not a designated "dog walking area" or a walking area, as it is an open field.
People who choose to use this area to walk their dogs are more than likely not cleaning up after the dogs. Tall grass is not a safety issue and will continue to be cut as is has in the past. I hope this addresses all of the concerns in your email.

I then sent a detailed email to what I thought was the Hometown America corporate office, which was, in fact, forwarded to the Lakes of Melbourne office, who I had originally complained to. I then received a call from the head of the Lakes of Melbourne office, cursing and twisting my email words. He then hung up the phone on me. I am fed up. How do I contact the Hometown America corporate office to resolve this issue?
