On a regular basis (multiple times a month) the pharmacy is out of stock on fairly common medications. Candesartan being one, however it does vary as to which medication. This was not an issue prior to the change in management roughly 6 months ago. The pharmacy manager, as her name plate states, often ignores the pharmacy technicians when they ask for a counsel or print. The few interactions I have had with her have been less than pleasant and you can tell she'd rather be anywhere else other than helping customers. This is evident when the pick up line is 5 or more deep and only one tech is behind the counter trying to help everyone as best they can.
Desired outcome: More training on ordering processes and additional customer service training.
