J.D. Byrider - Service

My payment was due on October 13 I hadnt recieved my check yet, Tina called me and I informed her of the situation. I was mid sentence talking to her and she hung up on me. She then called my daughter later that night and told my daughter I would answer my phone. But my daughter was with me when she called and my daughter told her that.

Today my check issue hasnt been resolved yet and there is no one our cooperate office to talk to. She then called my work{didnt call my phone} and I asked why she didnt call my phone and she I didnt answer that absolutely wasnt true. My phone was right here with me. I told her I still didnt have and cant do anything about till Monday and she started lecturing me and was yelling and talking over me. I told not to talk to me like that, but she still kept going. I told her I dont want her ever calling my phone again, and I want a different contact person. She said its not my choice. I then talked to her supervisor and that woman was just as rude. Im setting at a day late on my payment.

These woman are why JD Byrider is getting a bad name. I have been with this company for almost 5 years and I make my payments. My whole family have cars from there.

Now Im in fear they are going to repo it today.

Desired outcome: Different contact person

J.D. Byrider - Wrong name on title for car I purchased and paid for without resolution for 2-months so far

Byryder needs to put the car in my name as the sole driver and owner on the title. Their mess up should not be my problem. And because they are aware of the problem they have offered to rectify the situation including letting me out of the deal. I am not complaining about the money or payments but that they failed to properly title the vehicle. I have and do expect them to rectify the situation. I also felt that I was completely mislead and now I am being dismissed when I have asked about resolution

I went into the dealership to get a car for work. I hadn't had a car for a long time and had an appointment to complete my driving test. Byryder Kimerly Road Davenport Iowa was aware of the situation. I did provide all of my information, got my license and insurance taken care of. Byryder messed up paperwork and the result was that they put the car in my daughter's name. The situation is a mess and my daughter is now trying to steal the car from me. The situation has caused problems and Byrider has not addressed nor attempted to rectify the mistake. It has been 2-months. Last night my daughter again asked to drive the car. I said no. She threatened to block the car in and would call the police. I got this car for my job. All involved are aware of the situation. I am the only driver. I paid for the deposit $3000 myself. All payments have come out of my bank account. I got insurance. Gave them my license and insurance info. I was to give all information within 3-days of the date agreed upon. I was told that the paperwork would remain in the office until that time. I was informed that there was a problem or error. So the title is in my daughter's name. I have tried to address this with them. They are aware it is and has been a problem. I am stuck with the situation of no title in my name and I am the sole driver, payments coming out of my account, paying for insurance and a mess on my hands. How long do I have to tolerate the threat of my daughter trying to gangster the car from me.

Desired outcome: Fix their mistake and put the car in my name or let me out of this deal completely and refund all my money as initially agreed. It has been 2-months since 4/25 purchase, and I would expect them to make it right.

BUYER BEWARE. They don't care about you. Only getting their quotas. They will mislead you by not revealing all. I not only don't have a car I purchased and paid for in my name, but they have not tried to correctly have the vehicle retitled and fix their mistake. They are aware of the problem. My first payment I was overcharged. Their promises implied or otherwise are completely fake. The less they tell you the better off they are.

They are deceptive in their practice. I was led to think and believe that they had a warranty of 4-years / 48,000 miles. I was recently contacted by an organization trying to get me to put vehicle protection in my name. I contacted byryder and the CNAC finance company they use about any warranty but no one has followed up with me on this. I don't know what is needed or expected. I am the poor unsuspecting person who thought they were legitimate but they are not in their dealing with the unsuspecting people who come into their business. And we don't know until later on when things start to come up. Am I protected. Do I have the vehicle warranty they want you to think you are getting. And fail to tell you the entire picture. Complete dishonestly and lack of any business ethic.
