I purchased a recliner from farmers in rincon ga, it does not recline right when sitting in it it leans way back, when you recline it goes so for it almost dumps over falls backward, last time I leaned back it fell completely over and it hurt my neck, its very dangerous, I called and they came and looked, they said handle wason wrong could not fix it he said it looked like it was put together wrong, I just paid it off this month, still under warranty, talked to them again said they would send somone out to fix it, but thats been three weeks ago and have not heard from them. I will give them another week, and then I am calling the better business bureau, because this chair has already dumped over and hurt me.
