What the hell is it about Racetrac #621 in Oakwood GA?
Every night when I go over there around 9PM, the door is locked... the pumps are open... there are people milling around inside... but the door is locked and they just ignore people that knock. They aren't serving any customers. Most of the customers are leaving and going down to QT, down the street.
Desired outcome: open the damn place up
