Let me begin by saying I never file complaints or actively research or call when there are service issues. However, I have to admit that my level of frustration with CVS on Covington Hwy has reached its peak. Unfortunately, the Rite Aid that my family and I preferred closed near us and our insurance companies insisted that we use CVS. My husband and I have hypertension and my daughter has asthma. So we all have health issues that require long term medication. That being said, every single time I have an interaction with the staff at CVS pharmacy on Covington Hwy, I am beyond frustrated and discouraged. In particular this Wednesday evening, November 20th at 5:40pm, I walked into give the pharmacy cashier my coupon for Ciprodex for an ear infection I'm trying to get over. The cashier took the coupon out of my hand and directed me and my daughter to sit and wait. No explanation, no apologies, no direction. Just sit and wait. I watched as others came behind me and were pretty much treated the same way. Because it is a school night and my child's project is due tomorrow, I could not wait nor did I want any further communication with this pharmacy. They are rude, unprofessional, condescending and are an extremely poor representation of your company. I can honestly say, I hate using this pharmacy. And I honestly don't believe any of you even want to fix all of the issues there. Its a really horrible, horrible pharmacy. And I will also share this with my company to see if I can use ANY other pharmacy than CVS.
