Bought a car, had it delivered with a warning on the dash. The warning went off the next time I drove it until I took it on the highway and the car brake malfunction warning came on and immediately stopped the car in the middle of the highway. I was scared for my life and also the lives of drivers around me. Wanted to just return the car and get my money back for the car itself, not even the deposit was asked for and was told I can only do a trade back in per the owner. Forced to look at another car instead of just a return with only 20 miles driven minus the mileage to the dealership. Went to go for a test drive today on another vehicle, left work early to be texted on my way car is damaged from a test drive. I don't trust anything that comes out of this dealership and just want my money back. I already returned the car.
Desired outcome: Return payment for the car no longer in my possession.
