I bought prescription sunglasses on March 8th, 2019 at 10:43am. I was told they would be ready 7 to 10 days from the date of purchases. As of today, March 22, 2019, I have still not received my sunglasses. The sales person; Sandra, has been rude and condescending every time I've spoke with her and doesn't seem to care if I get my glasses or not. I require my glasses for a trip that I'm going on and I have explained that to each person I've spoken with when I've called. I paid over $250 for my sunglasses and so far have gotten nothing but aggravation and contempt for my purchase. The customer service at this location is horrrible. This is the second time I've had an issue getting glasses with them and each time it's been the lab's fault; however, this branch of LensCrafters has made it sound as if it's been my problem and they don't care. I'm disgusted with how I've been treated and only want what I've already paid for; my sunglasses.
