I went to see Dr Ebo the dentist at Aspen dental in Covington Ga to see what I could do about my smile that I did not like so much I was told that I will get a referral to see a dentist who could do dental implants but part of the process would be to go ahead and extract 11 teeth from the top and to wear a top denture until I could have a surgery sometime in the year 2021 I had 11 teeth extracted and walked out of there with nothing in my mouth the denture that they made did not fit I was told it was because of bone fragments working their way out of my gums and that the denture would fit after those fragmented come out I am now eight months into walking around with no teeth in my mouth 38 years old humiliated and was so embarrassed that I didn't want to return to work I have since been giving a permanent pair of dentures from Aspen Dental that of course did not feel either and the people or tell me that I have to go back for adjustment in this and that I don't want to deal with people Aspen Dental in Covington anymore I want my money back they supposedly have a money back guarantee and I am being told that I have to continue to go back-and-forth for appointments an hour each way spend my money for dentures that I've already paid almost $2000 out-of-pocket that's not including what my insurance paid I need help and I don't know who to talk to her where to go because the only people I can get on the phone with the people in that office and they are not trying to help me at all

I want a full refund of all the money that I paid for nothing to walk out of there with no teeth in my mouth after I paid for extractions and moneyback guarantee dentures 38 years old I’m walking around humiliated everywhere that I go I have no teeth in the top of my mouth

The first incident with Aspen Dental was the disregard for my health. I scheduled for extractions all my medication was stop for the procedure and the day scheduled was cancel after I prepared. I paid for every procedures (2), cleaning and extractions; and last week got a bill for 2 thousand dollars. I do not owed this company anything. The day of my extractions I was told by their representative after I paid that I did not owed anything. I feel that i can not trust this company. I still need to get my denture which i hope they honor the price that was giving to me whent, I first enrolled for services. I am so upset. My last procedures re-aligment of the temporary denture last for two weeks. I live in a fix income. I save making sacrifies to be taking advantage is despicable.
