Home Depot no longer takes military identification cards for verification of service for military discounts unless you use their online application and you must download their app to your smartphone in order to get your discount. Case in point a lot of military personnel active, reserve, and especially military retirees don't even have smartphones period! Thank heaven forbid you to forget your phone well your SNAFU. Unlike LOWES which not only takes our military IDs, they also have their registration set up to use our verified telephone numbers regardless of a landline or smartphone. We who gave blood sweat and tears defending this ungrateful nation to have Home Depot come up with some stupid policy discriminating against our service.
Request a full-court campaign to Boycott Home Depot ASAP.

Desired outcome: Overturn this stupid policy and get inline with the LOWES policy. I will no longer shop at your store and will contact all of my military service members of your new policy and I will also petition to other news organizations as well!
