Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield

I have been in Indiana for exactly 1 yr today. I had an injury and needed the assistance of my children during this horrible trauma to my left shoulder down to me fingertips. I have seen 5 What you call Doctors here, and 3, what you call Emergency rooms. Receiving un needed services, and not the one test, MRI on me left upper extremity. I ly in bed now, 100#, unable to drive anywhere, barely able to get out of bed. I am only 64 yo female. Why are your Drs killing me, I cannot eat, pain so severe I cannot sleep, I cannot believe my life has to end due to you. We only want your money attitude and will not give me the 1 test that would tell a real dr..(obviously not any in this area). What I need. Is it you killing me or is it the horrible lack of care in this horrible dirty, nasty state of yours.? Or is it I'm a women, a senior, an RN, a women a little darker than you. Thank you for killing me Anthem of Indiana. When I lived in Florida, Dr John Moor, did not blink an eye, to do the appropriate test, an MRI, you would have saved me and you a LOT of MONEY, but let's let the old lady pay for 5 drs and 3 ERs ordering unneeded test, when all I needed was 1 mri on my left arm and shoulder. I definitely moving the hell out of your dirty, stupid, drug infested state ASAP...lololol insurance joke, picture of me 1 yr ago before incident, , , , second one is 1 yr without medical care from Indiana anthem blue...
