Bob's Carpet Mart

The installation crew did a nice job. Then they left four boxes of unused flooring in my garage. Large, heavy and in the way. When I asked to return/refund, Todd said it was a special order and won't refund it. At the time of sale, Todd boasted how popular the item was and how he sells so much of it. It's over 108 sf, enough to do another room in excess of $600.00 This is an obvious way of up-sale/over-charge the sale. We are in a major home restoration. All vendors have taken back unused material... Except Bob's Carpet. We have further flooring needs, but won't be recommending Bob's Carpet.
