The young African American associate always has a snarky sarcastic response if you ask him
a question, or he just totally ignores you if you ask him a question.
For example, he was struggling to rinse and replenish the hot beverage machine at approximately 11:00am.
I asked him how long will it be before I'm able to access the machine for hot cocoa.
This associate ignored me and just gave me a blank stare as I attempted asked him on several occasions what was the status of the machine.
This associate's attitude is very negative and sarcastic when he is cashiering at the register as I just leave and visit another gas station for fuel, coffee and snacks if he's working during the weekday.
Desired outcome: Transfer associate and Replenish Clean Machine On Night Shift
