Chipotle Mexican Grill

My delivery left the food without ringing the bell I went outside and I saw it when I open the bag it was not my order instead an order that was cold and nasty. I called the restaurant at 2200 SW 87th ave Miami and they refuse to sent what I order

I called the main office and they send me a coupon for a burrito even I told I didn’t want that
The money I spend in delivery tip and food?
This is the worst company my experience was so sick
First I waste my time and they think they can buy me with a burrito of course I don’t going to use the coupon I don’t want ever to deal with this company
They are a fraud with no respect for customer
No values at all.
