Dollar General

I am a 62 year old woman with Diverticulitis a bowel disease. I was shopping and in checkout line and told the clerk I must use the restroom imidiatly their responce was the restrooms are out of order that someone stole both the chains and are not flushable. I dashed home but ruined my clothes and soiled my entire bathroom rug and all. Afriend told me she too was denied use and the manager said some people were using drugs in there, and vandalizing it. I wonder how You would feel if your Mother was me? I think the chain story was a lie... and the store associats are too LAZY to clean the bathrooms. It begs the question of why the store even has a public restroom, why every store was BUILT with these facilitys. WHAT is company policy? I remain humiliated and angry. this happened a few days ago aaaand I was not given a reciept either.
