I ordered a rifle gun bag on December 5, 2021. Order#116798. I have yet to receive the item. I have called and the phone picks up to an automated voice that states "no one was available to take my call". I have sent an email with no reply. A shipping label has been created but the carrier has yet to receive the item. I have ordered from this company before with no issues.
Desired outcome: I want the item paid for.
