Coach - Charlie bucket purse tag

I ordered a new coach purse along with the free tag. It was supposed to be taupe w/silver initials with my purse and it Never came. Customer service was no help. I don't want to go Into a store with Covid. It's the only way to resolve it per the agent.
The initials should be MHL on the tag. Mine came plain.
