I have been trying to get a service quote for over 2 months. 3 people and a few personal visits to the store asking for direct communication and still no response. I would really like to get this taken care of as soon as possible. My pool is dark and I cant see the bottom. I have small kids and I'm very anxious about it. The pump is broken and needs a part. We cant clean it without the pump working. Someone came through once to look at it.. We haven't heard a single word since then.
Desired outcome: Direct communication resulting in a emergency appointment and follow through with the services requested.
