Sam's Club

I took my wife to Sam's to get her prescription glasses done. We had a very bad experience while at the optical, the lady in there was unfriendly and rude, first she said that we had to make an appointment so they can see my wife, there was no empathy whatsoever with her as customer service. I had to put my last name then I wrote it in the information sheet and because I my wife maiden name, she was making a big deal, she didn't even told me how much was it going to be until the time to pay. I didn't appreciated that the way they practice their business with Sam's customers is very misleading and dishonest. You have to tell the customers up front the expenses you are going to incur with the eye exam. The point is that I will never go back to that clinic. this is giving a bad reputation to Sam's since they are contractors with their store. They need to teach this people some manners to avoid pushing away customers like me and others. I paid $89.00 dollars for a simple test that I could pay 45 dollars elsewhere. I will tell my other friends not to go there and avoid their optical shop. The other guy that was there, he was very ridicule, saying that every time we touch a pair of glasses we have to leave it at the counter, but without manners or being nice. Like, If you guys are interested in purchasing any glasses or see them, let me know so I could help. He was just a laud and arrogant. Learn some manners and respect people.
