Valvoline Instant Oil Change [VIOC]

My son is a very hard worker, responsible, respectful, he was told to cut his hair otherwise he cannot get promoted until he cut his hair on 2/28/20 and he wears a hat, hispanic, there is also an indian that has very long hair that works there also and Frank Cruz doesn't tell him to cut his hair. 2/26/20 Frank Cruz-Manager bought pizza for everyone and did not include my son Frank Guzman a co-worker asked him if he ate pizza and he said he didn't know or was told there was pizza when he checked there was none left. Frank Cruz-manager has sent co-workers to tell Frank Guzman to cut his hair several times in the recent weeks. this is harrassment/discrimination. I am going to seek an attorney and will report him to the labor board.
