SmashBurger - Unprofessional service

On 08/19/2022 @ 4:16 p.m. came into the Smashburger stood in front of cash register and a short female told the other female who was busy speaking with another co worker about another co worker.

She informed the female "Are you going to take the ladies order" she took my order and I waited twenty five minutes until I received my food.

The restaurant was empty, I was the only customer including the drive thru.

My sweet potatoe fries stayed under the warmer for twenty minutes and the cashier looked up and asked me if I received my meal. I replyed no.

A male walked in they all gathered around him excited to see him, stood visiting for fifteen minutes.

The cashier poured the over heated, dryed up sweet potatoes that stayed under the heating light for twenty minutes into my basket with my freshly made Smoked ChedBrisket Buger. I looked at her and informed her I needed fresh fries and if she would eat the old ones.

The male that walked in who everyone was excited to speak with came to my table and ask about my experience. I asked who he was and he informed me he was (G) area manager. He apolizied for the situation and when they call his name the cashier handed him a fresh made hamburger and fries and he quickly took the food and when to sit around the corner to eat his freshly made food.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response and a $16.42 refund. No apology wanted because it means nothing coming from this area manager.
