My husband worked in grocery night crew and they fired him even though he had a brain tumor which caused him to have seizures. So he is on seizure meds all of the time. His boss would make him work 10 and 12 hour shifts at night even though his doctor stated that he could not go over 8 and not to exert himself. The Dr stated that he needed to take extra breaks and be careful because it could lead to another seizure which could kill him! His boss knew because not only did Kroger get the documents given to them several times. I myself told them! Instead his boss Amanda would yell at him, cuss him out and constantly degrade him! She fired him first stating that he cussed at her when she was heard by a witness telling him to and I quote get the f**k out! Then after Arzoo which is just exactly like Amanda except she's a store assistant became aware of these statements are said oh it's time card fraud because he took extra breaks! Well hello yes on a ten or 12 hour shifts you would get extra breaks by law! I want to file harrassment and and discrimination lawsuits againt the Company!
