My internet was accidentally cut by the lawn services. So I called Suddenlink to come and replace the wire again. This is the second time it has happened because the person who installs the wire doesn't bury the wire that's what the first guy told me the first time. So this time when it happened I set up appointment for Friday 03 Apr., 2020 between 1000 am to 800 pm. No one showed up. So I called and they said we apologize and that I could reschedule for the next available date which won't be until Monday 06 Apr. 2020 between 1000 am and 800 pm. So that is 4 whole days my kids can't complete online school work. Jump forward to 06 Apr. 2020 and I still don't have internet service no show again. Because they scheduled the wrong Technician to come out. So now I have to Reschedule for Wednesday 08 Apr. 2020 Third time around. Now that is 6 days with out a service that I Pay for! My kids school work is going to be late. I am usually a very patient person but this is just becoming ridiculously!
