Safelite AutoGlass

I did an insurance claim for a windshield replacement and went to safelite to have it fixed. 3 days later my glass is pitted and when I take it to safelite in Victorville the location I got it replaced they say there is nothing they can do. I then speak a Ramon who is a manager there and he tells me he won’t give me his managers number, nor connect me to him and hangs up. Worst place and experience ever. I want my windshield fixed with proper glass not cheap glass that safelite used.
