Hi! We ordered 2 toys for 22/25/21 for $80 and unfortunately they didn't work. I emailed the company and they asked for a video of the problem so I sent one and they apologized and said they'd send a new toy but said they no longer had the original product we ordered so I asked us to select something different - we did even though it was half the price of what we originally paid and they never sent the promised product and how they've been ignoring all my follow up emails.
