I’ve been on a waiting list for over 3 1/2 years. I currently have a Medicare advantage insurance and through that insurance I am able to go to various gyms in my area lifetime fitness is on this membership, which I have a premium membership after I received an email Saying I’ve now been selected to come in. They are trying to tell me that my Onepass membership will not work because that needs to be under a TPA third-party administrator so they said they put me on another waiting list through that TPA I feel this is unfair and I have somebody at Onepass trying to help me get in and They have tried explaining to the gym that my membership should allow me access.
Desired outcome: Allow me to access this gym Onepass membership since they have a legal binding contract with Onepass and there is nothing in that contract that stipulates they have two waiting lists one for TPA specifically made for Medicare patients
