Round Table Pizza - Burnt Pizza

I ordered a small pizza to be delivered last night. Afterwards and after I opened the box I noticed the pizza was awfully flat, w/out must crust and burnt. I took out one piece and ate it leaving the rest.
I've been so ill I just went to bed early. Upon waking I looked at the pizza and realized I just couldn't eat this.
So I called Round Table and spoke to Adam, who represented himself as the Asst Manager. He was willing to replace the pizza but told me that I would have to pay another delivery fee of $3.99 plus tax. I was not happy at all. That is just not good customer service at all. After looking at the reviews and trying to use coupons put out by Round Table this one obviously went by the beat of its own drum. They are not easy to work with and don't take the customary coupons that all the others take.
This experience was less than especially with a small pizza costing me $27. I prob won't go there again...
