We live behind behind a busy street and just recently a gentleman has been parking on the busy at and he's on a bike lane and he's not allowed to park there. That's not the issue since I do not own the street and I never use the bike lane. My problem is he is waking us all up at 5:30 A.M. He gets into the truck and revs his engine and that's a big truck! WE HAVE CHILDREN SLEEPING! He needs to find somewhere else to rev his engine or the cops will be called. Truck number 5885 and door says USDOT 53773
