America's Tire

On Friday the 13 th of October 2023 around 4pm , I was at the Palm Desert, CA location of Americas Tires off Dinah Shore. I went in to buy a set of 4 tire for my car. I purchased the tires and gave them my car with all 4 wheel covers on my tires not broken but when the man pulled out my car to give it back to me he got out and said they had a problem with one of them . I looked down and saw zip ties holding my wheel cover to my rim of the tire . He told me they had trouble getting it off so they broke it . I am not okay with them breaking it they should have made me aware of the problem first and ask me if it was okay not to just break my wheel cover . I feel they should replace it . My invoice # 2493246 I have a picture of my wheel cover that they damaged showing the zip ties they used to secure it back on my rim and a picture from before they serviced it.

I came to have my front tires checked, because they're leaking due to a road hazard, and I stepped into an Americas tire in palm desert and the Person who helped me Jonathan assistant manager tried selling me all 4 tires the rears are newer than the front ones, I told him both are leaking and he said it I'll $295

I asked why can't I use my warranty and he stated that the tires were too worned out that it was opening apart that I have to buy new ones. I told him that if I wouldn't off got my tires leaking I would off still been driving the car.

I wasn't offered any opportunity to be helped out.
