They made False Promises to help us out with the listed and more.
A whole video reel on instagram by @the_makeup_monk shows and explains the issues we had. We asked them for cancellation, and a refund after waiting months and no improvements. They suggested we use an old yelp page and update it to show our business. Only added suggested service words to the google business profile. Social media and description not updated until we update the whole profile ourselves.
Egumball claim they were verified google partners but not even listed on google's official listing of partners from 2007-2023
Things we asked for:
Updated geotagging so people can tag our business on social media.
Deleting listings that negatively and falsely claim things we don't offer.
Fixing/updating the Yelp page and Google business profile
-Updating list of services
Claimed loss: Charged $188.50 monthly, only accepted mastercard, hard to dispute, wasted our own time waiting for things to improve. Business lost more money than we made.
Desired outcome: I want a complete refund and to stop getting phonecalls and being billed even though I asked for a cancellation.
