Michaels Stores

What has happened? The store is a wreck!
I've been coming to this store for years and it has fallen apart since John left and now it's worse than ever!
My friend wasn't able to get her walker down several aisles because of the boxes of merchandise not put away.
The employees seem so unhappy. It appears the manager cannot handle such a fast paced store. Maybe someone should come help her or put her at a slower store.
I understand this is a challenging store as Escondido is a challenging city but please get a manager that can do the job.
