Decathlon

I ordered two down jackets from Decathlon in September 2021, I told the agent on the phone that I needed the jackets for a trip coming up, I received the jackets only two days prior to the trip. We took them with us and prepared for our backpacking trip in Wyoming, To my surprise, My jacket was two sizes too small. Its the only jacket I had so It took it with me anyway. I called Decathlon when I came back to find out what could be done. After numerous exchanges with "Holly" I am stuck with a jacket that is advertised as a Extra Large, but is actually a Medium. Her response was that I should have read the return policy before buying the jackets. The jacket has not been worn.
