America's Tire

I had a tire replaced on 3/18/23. The tire was special ordered. I didn't notice this until the last few weeks as I have been driving the car more. I kept getting an error message that said 4WD disengaged off balance.

I took my Jeep in to get an Alignment at Les Schawb and they told me that one of my tires didn't match.

So, I head to Americas Tire's where my tire was replaced. I had to convince the salesperson Emmanuel that the error message was coming up because he didn't believe me. I even had to take him on a drive to show him the error message. Since when do you have to prove something is wrong with your car. They finally checked it and seen that the tire size was wrong. They said Jeff was responsible for the mistake. The had 1 correct size tire in stock for my jeep. I'm assuming that was the original tire that was ordered for my Jeep and supposed to have been replaced. I have been a long-time customer and have had many cars serviced by America's tire's, after the way I was treated for a mistake they made, I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.

I hope there was no permanent damage done to my 4WD or my vehicle because someone didn't check the tire size.
