October 21st. Went inside and prepaid $70 for fuel with a debit card. Did not use all of the purchase price. Used only $50.01. Went back inside to have the money refunded to my debit card and was told by the clerk/manager, as she identified to me after a lengthy discussion about the $20 unused dollars for my purchase. She s as identified that she was unable to return the money on a debit card purchase. Funny, since every other establishment I've ever dealt with has that ability. Apparently Loves doesn't possess that ability. And she also stated that it was company policy that they don't do reimbursements for fuel purchases.
Claimed loss: $20.00 fuel purchase not delivered by Loves.
Desired outcome: To receive an apology and be refunded the stolen money.
