Albertsons

I am dissatisfied by the behavior of of a young female employee at Albertsons. The address of the store is 2955 Alpine Blvd, Alpine, CA 91901. The date was 1.28.2021. The approximate time was 9.45 a.m. She had blonde hair in a ponytail, a black jacket, tight blue jeans, and appeared to have no name tag. I was at the self checkout. She walked briskly over and bluntly asked me whether I wanted a bag. I said, "No." Then she asked whether I said that I didn't want a bag. I said, "That is what I said." Then she said something like, "Ok. Well, speak up, " and walked away.

I don't like being treated this way. She accosted me, questioned me, repeated her question, and then reprimanded me for not answering her as she thought I ought to. Where is the respect that an employee should show for customers? Where is the politeness that should be a characteristic of employees? I would have been happier if I had not seen or heard her. Please reprimand her for her bad behavior.
