LensCrafters - Customer service

I went to LensCrafters to get new frames. An employee approached me in a short manner to rudely and unprofessionally tell me I could not enter her store. She was loud, ghetto, and distasteful. She started with the excuse of COVID so I stopped her mid sentence and tried to leave the conversation. She then got even louder to humiliate me after I cut her off and threatened to call the cops. Visit: 01/08/2021

Desired outcome: You should rethink about the hostile atmosphere she provides.

LensCrafters - Poor customer service

Literally the worst experience I've had buying glasses not only was did I not receive much assistance when I first went but also they had me waiting for someone to help me buy the frames and the prescription. It took a total of 30 or more mins before someone even approached me (mind you when I entered no welcome or acknowledgement of me being there). Now when I get help she was too speedy with what I wanted. She NEVER asked what material I wanted for my lens. So I pick them up the lens are too thick. I had didn't have time to return them until the next day. I go back and this other lady is there I tell her my situation just for her to make it seem like it was my fault for not knowing what hi index means or how thick plastic lens are. That's me telling her that I NEVER got asked the material of the lens. So I returned them to swap it out just to get charged another $83 for the hi index. Honestly Costco explained if get a certain material one would be too thick and I wouldn't like them also got basically the same kind of frame and was 3 times cheaper with waaaaay better customer service. I don't see where I was at fault.
