The Tucson Labcorp lost my wife's sample, and never notified us or our doctor at Mayo Clinic. It took us and Mayo over a week to finally get Labcorp to admit they can not find it.
I spoke with a supervisor and she said she would look into it but never called back.
This test/result was needed to allow our doctor to recommend the start of a drug my wife needed, so this delay has created a real problem. It has delayed the use of this critical drug for at least two or more weeks. The office appears to be very unprofessional in tracking down their mistakes, and people need to be aware of how bad things are there. People could get seriously hurt.
Desired outcome: Complaint registered with the State department resposible for registering and monitoring their unprofessional activities
