Ok I understand either you have then or you do not. But I was told by a little cashier girl that she has some available but I must buy a pack of cigarettes in order to get 1 book of matches. First of all I do not smoke at all it is a book of matches picked up for my father who does smoke but isn't in car with me. I'm a 40 year old man not a child and I frequent circle k daily. Maybe 2 times a day and have never been told I need to buy cigarettes in order to get a book of matches. I ask to speak to a manager because it was ridiculous. A manager Jason white man at the store tells me that's how he does it at his store. I tell him I've been everywhere Scottsdale Tempe Phoenix a lot and have never heard this. I tell him I don't smoke cigarettes but I'm old enough to know matches are free and given when asked. He then gives me a book of matches and tells me this is the last time. I'm not sure how your company trains it's managers but that's not the way customer service is provided to customers. I understand you might have a bad location but everyone coming in to shop or even get matches isn't bad or from that neighbored. Retraining is all I can say to myself. Your manager has poor people skills as well as the little black girl with Afro.
