Your store at 2861 S Alma School in Mesa Az sends out flyers for oil changes for $14.95. When you get to the store they tell you that they don't carry that grade of oil to put in your car. Then they tell you that it will cost you $49.99 hopping you will pay the extra cost. That is a poor way of doing business. I refused to pay the $49.95 and left with a sour taste in my mouth. I have dealt with Midas for years and I have never had a problem with any of your other stores. I tried to write a review to let other customers know of this problem. When you try to write the review and give this store a bad review if kicks you out and won't let complete the review. If you give them a five star review it has no problem going thru. I will never give this store any business. As far as I am concerned this is false advertising and they use this just to get you in the store so they can upgrade you.
Desired outcome: It would be nice if they practiced honesty in their advertising
