How much time and money should it cost a contractor to shop at Home Depot!
I am a Home Depot Pro, or close to a former Home Depot Pro.
This Home Depot is so poorly run!
I'm working on a deck/ designer project, estimated time from start to finish about 2 &1/2 weeks.
But buying materials from this Home Depot that never stocks shelves of wood products until a contractor needs, cost the contractors many valuable hours. I have lost 32 hours just on one project waiting on your employees to do their job. I go in just about every morning to purchase an average of $500 daily.
How does corporate sell products that are not there but stored out behind the store! This location has enough stock stored behind the store to stock 5 stores, yet management hasn't a clue about their job there!
Some wood products shelves have been empty for a week. One manager said we are having truck problems. I pointed the product out to her bundled and stored above. This is a manager?
So after a long year project where my customer purchased all materials I find myself dreading to walk in your store to find employ shelves every morning to the point today I decided to buy a few items from Lowe's.
It's just not worth time spending my morning trying to explain to your managers how important it is having product on the shelves. Each time I do that, they bring what I need, 90 minutes later, or longer and do nothing about filling in the other empty shelves until the following morning when I need something else!
I can tell you your tiny pro perks don't even cover 5,% of contractors lost time in this store.
I wonder why I waste even more time writing this since I see 90% of complaints go unanswered!
Desired outcome: Manage your store!Stock the shelvesOr do nothing that helps Lowes in this area.
