I gave them my '1993 Christler New Yorker that was not shifting into some of the gears in which I was charged and paid in full the amount ask which was approximately $1, 300.00 with a ninety day warranty that the car would shift properly. and I have had the car broke down before I ever got it home the first time and it's been towed at my expense a total of four times in less than those 90 days that were warranted. He has refused to give me my money back. So I had my attorney Mark Erdberg call him due to his illegitament practices.. My wife as the only bread winner has lost her job due to not having transportation and my mother is dying with no ride to and from Doctor appointments. A lawsuit is eminent unless they get it right this time. You may contact their office at [protected]. Thank you for any time and assistance you may provide.
