Culver's - Customer service/threat of violence from employee

I had a very bad experience at the Culver's in Hazel Green AL today.

After I sent back an incorrect order one of the employees was rude to me then went behind the counter and made a neck wringing motion and nodded toward my table. I happened to catch the drama in my peripheral vision.

I asked a supervisor to have the employee apologize to me. The offending employee looked at me and said he didn't have to apologize. The supervisors thought it was okay since he didn't make the motion directly in front of me. Huh?

Culver's: come for the tasty food, leave with the threat of violence.

Desired outcome: Additional customer service training needed. Customer service should be polite and friendly, not surly and threatening.
