I went to the Kays in the Riverchase Galleria in Hoover, AL today 12/12/20 to have my lifetime watch battery replaced. In the past I have had this done at a location that is no longer open & it has been done in minutes. Today I was told that I need to make an appointment for this. I was not told when I arrived by the greeter at the door but by the salesperson. I made a trip to this mall just for this. I figured it was because they were making no money off of me today. You will never make any money off of me because of this. Thank you for letting me vent!
