I bought 2 appliance packages for 2 different kitchens. These included the 4 main components, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave hood. To start they claim a quick delivery and send misleading messages regarding such. For example, a message was received telling me my items have shipped about a week after placing the order. From there it took another 8 weeks to arrive. Tracking the shipment was impossible. Finally the two orders arrived but were mixed up with each other. The delivery service FragilePak claimed no responsibility for any of it and forced me to beg the delivery person to drive to the location where the package was addressed to be delivered to and make the proper delivery as it should have been. Then after opening and inspecting the components it was found that all four of them were damaged from shipping. I took photos and called Us-appliance.com a few days later. They told me they can't help me because I missed the fine print on the website that allows only 24 hours from delivery to place a damage claim. Even though I have time stamped photos of the damage to show them. Then they tell me to call the manufacturer, not the shipper, to make a delivery claim? What will the manufacturer do? Nevertheless I am waiting on a return call from the manufacturer. In all buying from this website is a nightmare and to top it off, the products they sell are stripped down and cheapened versions of the standard ones. They take your money and no responsibility.
